Here are some common questions you may have about our products, our business or our shipping.
How do you ship such large items?
Rest assured that shipping is made easy by using reputable freight company's such as TNT, FedX or Australia Post.
Our larger items/systems will be shipped on pallets. Items shipped on pallets require a forklift to unload. But don't worry, this is why packages of this size will be shipped directly to your nearest Depot.
Once your package arrives at the depot you will be contacted to arrange collection. They will also advise you on your package size/weight to ensure you bring an appropriate vehicle for collection.
Where are they shipped from?
Our warehouse is located on the Sunshine Coast QLD.
Shipping rates and time estimates are based off all orders being dispatched from this location.
Can I collect from the warehouse?
Unfortunately at this time our warehouse is not set up for public access. However we are working very hard to change this and create a showroom for customers to view our products or pick up in store.
I don't see the configuration I want?
One of the great things about our systems is how modular they are. There are so many different configurations possible, we couldnt possibly display them all. So if you have something in mind that you dont see directly on the website. Please reach out to the team and we would be happy to draft up a custom order for you!

ABSOLUTLEY! We are constantly designing and developing new accessories to bring to you and improve your storage game. However if you have something specific you are looking to store and don't see a solution in our current range, we would love to hear about it.
